This part was manufactured in 2007 wear and tear is accordingly. This pwc was stored inside since 2017.The owner took the engine apart for some reason then didnt have the money or skill to put it back together.  We are selling the items in the picture,please look carefully!The picture of the hull is to show that it is a dry state pwc and the last time it was registered.You are not buying the hull.Also sorry we can not offer free shipping to AK,HI or PR.I can send you pictures of any of the parts in the bags if you want.Email us with any questions.
