Demetrios Wedding Dress - Vintage 1980s - Ivory - sz 2-4

Description

This is a beautiful vintage (1980's) ivory wedding dress by Demetrios. It was bought as a brand new sample and was altered down. The bust measures approx. 32", the waist is approx. 24" and the dress measures from the bottom of the armpit to the floor approx. 49.5". It fits off the shoulders so I could not measure from the shoulder. It is a soft. lightweight taffeta material with detailed lace with pearls and sequins. The lace adds just enough shimmer to the soft matte fabric. There are buttons down the back and on the wrists. The detailed train can be bustled for dancing.
This was preserved after the wedding, but taken out of the box to sell. I found a few small spots on the dress that I will be happy to send you pictures of if you are interested. There are a few loose sequins here and there. I think the dress is in very good condition for the age.
