Shipping:
I try to ship items by the most economical means available.  If you would like to change the method selected for shipping your purchase, please notify me immediately at the time of item purchase. Item(s) will only be shipped to the address that the buyer has on file with eBay.
Returns:
Buyer must contact seller via eBay messaging service with reason for wanting to return item(s). A detailed written description of why the buyer would like to return item(s) is required. If item(s) is not in the condition that the seller has stated in the condition description then documented proof of the discrepancy or discrepancies via pictures from buyer to seller through eBay messaging service. Item(s) may be returned via the original shipment method at the buyer’s expense within three(3) days of receipt as noted by the USPS tracking number. Return shipment tracking is required and tracking number must be provided to seller. Item(s) can be returned based on seller discretion.
Refunds:
can be made for the following item discrepancies: description/images of actual item listing, does not work or defective, does not match description or photos, wrong item sent, missing parts or pieces shown in listing, arrived damaged.  In the event the item meets these criteria, I require documentation of the discrepancy or discrepancies in the form of pictures and a detailed written statement. Refund of item(s) will be prorated based on item condition upon receipt and timeliness of return.  No Shipping fees will be refunded, unless listing is in error.  All refunds are subject to seller's discretion.
