Shipping Damage:  If the product arrives damaged in shipping we require that you refuse the package OR photograph it before opening it and then photograph the interior damages. These must be provided in email within 24 hours of delivery. Your package will contain an invoice with all of our contact information. We will review your concerns and issue an RMA and return label if needed. A replacement will be sent as soon as the carrier accepts the return package. If the claim is denied, you will be notified within 24 hours via email and a courtesy telephone call.
