More New product launch's from Tuning Developments, we have been working for over 18months on a new range of valve train products to fit the 4EFTE/5EFTE Engines, and after testing these products for so long, they are now available.
Tuning Developments Performance Valve Spring Kits use a single spring setup with the optimum base spring pressure to suit the 4E/5E Cylinder Head, they have been custom developed for Tuning Developments ONLY and are the best valve springs on the market today.
We have tested these valve springs in 4EFTE's running to 9000rpm with no issues, and these are run in our own Demo "TD82" Starlet Turbo producing over 450+ BHP at 2bar Boost Pressure.
Standard valve springs are common to show signs of valve bounce/weakness once running above 7200-7300RPM when running bigger turbocharger setups with high boost pressures, we strongly recommend these Performance Uprated Valve Spring Kits for anyone building a Forged Engine or looking to have one built as these ensure perfect performance no matter what RPM the engine is running. 100% direct fitment onto a Standard 4EFTE Cylinder Head, Also a perfect combination with our Stage 1 Performance Camshaft Kits, we strongly advise a experienced engine builder install these products and all required measurements should be checked prior to complete install, if your unsure or would require fitting please contact us for further details and pricing.
