This fabulous dress is circa 1950's.  Most of the photos have a green tint to them, but the true color is close to the third and the last picture.
It is a slinky number with elbow length sleeves and a raised waist.  There are two buttoned flaps under the bust and a cord with tie that attaches the two flaps.  Double darts extend down from the waist to the hips.
The round neckline is gently gathered and there are two vertical darts near the ends of the sleeves.  Check out the darts in the back as well...Soooo sexy.
A label inside reads, "

" and gives the size as
9

***Place your garment in a paper bag with newspaper for several days. The newspaper will absorb unpleasant odors. Change the newspaper frequently.
***Take your garment to a reputable dry cleaners. Dry cleaning should remove any smells if you request your item be deodorized.
I try my best to offer clean and odor free items but I DO NOT have them dry cleaned in order to offer them to you at a lower price.
